Godfrey's Beach has many sides - depending on seasons and tides, and the many rocky outcrops at each end of this relatively short beach. The red sky from this sunrise felt like a new dawn - a start of new friendships.
The roots of this tree twist and entwine themselves deep into the lichen covered rocks of the Bay of Fires. A clear sunset produced a calm glow of twilight as little waves lapped into the bay as the cold set in.
As I was driving to Stanley, I was reminded of the tulip fields located at Table Cape in the North West of Tasmania. Being the end of Spring, I was hoping I would capture a field of vibrant amazing tulips, as I had seen in the many photography books I had read on this trip. I pulled up just before they closed and ran down to see only a few rows of fields in bloom. It started to rain, I ran to my camera bag and as I turned my back, I wondered if a rainbow might appear. It did and I was able to capture a rainbow over the famous tulip fields of Table Cape.
